The ABS trainer uses force and resistance to tone muscles. It is great for toning your thighs, arms and your core muscles.
To work your core, you set one set of handles, “ABS” facing outward, on your lap. Then, you grab the top handles that should be under your chin like you would grab a pull up bar. Keeping your arms taught, you lean forward to crunch your abs. What I like is that this is really easy on my back and my neck unlike traditional crunches and situps.
The center gray area can be removed by pulling back the yellow clips on each end. This reduces resistance so that the ABS can be used to tone your thighs like a thighmaster or your arms.
Overall, it is a nice little system, and I am pretty excited to see what kind of results I have after using it daily for awhile. If you want to get one for your home, you can purchase it by clicking below.
